Nothing is harder than getting out of bed early in the morning, except for getting out of bed when the apartment is freezing (and you have a warm kitty snuggled up next to your pillow). I’m the first to admit that I’m NOT a morning person, so the only thing–aside from the thought of sipping on my coffee–that got me out of bed this morning was the thought of layering up. And that I did!

Love this outfit – the boots are amazing. The Xmas decorations on the picket fence look SO American! x
Thanks, Emmy! The boots are so fun, right? My co-worker and I ventured outside our office in search of some sort of Christmas/holiday decor we could include in the background of our pictures. This was the closest! :) xx
Reblogged this on ☠ Go get your shovel ✄.
Thanks for the reblog!
no worries ;D
I love your style!
LOVE YOUR STYLE!!! I like the layers! I can agree that I am not a fan of mornings either…especially when it’s cold out! You look nice and warm!
Aww, thanks so much! I was definitely cozy and warm in this! :)

Aren’t they fun? Thanks!

Thanks, babe! Still so happy I was able to find this jacket. Enjoy your day as well!
I love everything about your outfit, especially how versatile it is! I’m sure you could travel the world in it and still be one of the most fashionable people around (:

You’re so sweet, Melanie–thank you! Oh, how I wish I could go travel the world right now. :)
Love the bag. When I was younger we went to festivals and camping a lot. Layers were important so I am a layer veteran. Have been wearing different layers for years. It used to ensure I was called “odd” now it seems I am “trendy” – you have to love fashion :)
Thank you! I’m just learning how to layer, as I’m not a big fan of jackets (yes, California girl right here!), and it’s so fun! Admittedly, I’ve only been camping once. ;)
I LOVE this look! Layering is so fantastic (:
