Hello! My name is Maria. I’m a twenty-something fashion-obsessed Colombian girl living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m a dreamer, geek, and a night owl. I love to laugh, thrive for big cocktail rings, and live in heels.
Ten random facts:
- I’m addicted to shopping. I know everyone says that…but, honestly, it’s dangerous.
- I love eating mango with salt. Also, keep me away from hummus and cheese bread. Yum.
- I can run laps in heels, but can barely make it through a day in flats.
- I have unworn jeans in my closet. Why? Because I’m too lazy to get them hemmed.
- I’m in love with my baby kitty, Bella. She has turned me into the proudest crazy cat lady.
- I’m a secret gamer. I have a Wii, Playstation, and Nintendo DS.
- In my next life, I’ll be a ghost hunter on the side. Honestly…
- I find it really hard to disconnect from the Internet. Problem? Probably. Do I care? Not really.
- I really enjoy watching people fall (as long as they don’t get hurt, of course). My poor friends.
- I’m a bit of a perfectionist. Nickname: Eagle Eyes.

Hey Doll, I was wondering where do you get your inspiration from? And when you shop are you mentally composing an outfit or do you just buy pieces you are attracted to and put it together later?
Hi Ivette! Thanks for stopping by. I am inspired by other bloggers, images I find on Pinterest, fashion magazines, and my Colombian culture! I have to honestly say that when I shop, I do a little of both. There are times when I know an entire look I want to replicate or pull off, so that’s when I think about shopping for a specific head-to-toe outfit. However, I’m definitely an impulse shopper and always end up with pieces here and there, with no outfit in mind.

Thank you! The ring is Yves Saint Laurent and I bought it on Net-a-Porter.com. It comes in a variety of colors and is probably my favorite out of my collection! :)
Um, secret gamer and ghost hunting lover too. My secret indulgence (not anymore, right?) is watching Paranormal State and Psychic Kids. I’m traveling to San Fran with my 17 y.o. daughter this June. Give us some tips on places to see, please, please? If you have time, we’d be HONORED if you would write a guest post for TooDreamy, maybe an expose on the best vintage and fashion shopping in San Fran? We’re hitting all of the tourist destinations with our cameras (Tea Garden, the wharf and waterfront, Chinatown, Golden Gate park, etc.) but only have one shopping destination at present, Belljar.
I’ll understand if you’re too swamped to do the post but we’d love to hear back on your thoughts about SF!

Hi there! Thanks so much for your comment! All of my pictures are taken with a Nikon D3100 using a standard 55mm lense. I’m fortunate enough to work with other fashion bloggers who are kind enough to take my pictures for me during the workday.
