Gray just be my new favorite color after slipping into this outfit this past weekend (which, by the way, was warm enough for me to ditch my leather jacket for these pictures. Oh, San Francisco, I’m diggin’ you right now).
I loved the subtle contrast created with the feminine florals of this gorgeous silk top and my newly-polished purple nails. And can we talk about these jeans for a second? I’m kind of obsessed (and want to wear them every day). They’re high-waist and help elongate my petite legs, they have the right amount of stretch for my liking, and the torn accents help make them look perfectly worn-in.

Some of my co-workers and I recently challenged ourselves to pull together a bright look for fall after seeing that it was one of the major trends from the runway this fall/winter season. Now, this was no easy task for me (I’m saying no to brights lately and opting more for muted, classic colors), but I love how the photoshoot came out (leather jogger pants = YES). And the best part? Racked SF featured us this week! Check out the article for more photos, read what all of our favorite trends for fall are and which ones we’re staying clear of.
A huge thanks to Erica Garlieb for the photos! Some of my favorite ones were the ones where we were cracking up. Typical.
Hello, Indian Summer! We’re currently going through a mini heatwave and as much as I want to pull out more of my chunky scarves, leather jackets, and knits, I can’t complain – especially when it’s 80 degrees in San Francisco! Plus, all good things like this come to an end so I have to enjoy the sunshine while we have it.
That said, this dress from Nordstrom might be one of my favorite recent purchases. I love its shape (or lack of?) and how easy it is to slip into. Plus, this green is the perfect pop of color for the fall season.
